Apply In-Person

1. The Applicant has to submit an application form to the Business License Offices.
2. The Applicant can get the application form from any Business Licensing Office or online.
3. Visit the following Details Contact Link.
4. The Applicant can download the form from the following Link
5. Complete the application form with all details.
6. The Applicant must check the box on the form that says change in location. The form can be returned to a Treasury Office or a Family Island Administrator if there are no Business License Offices.
7. After filling in all the details submit the Application Form along with the supporting documents as mentioned in the “Required Documents” section to the Business License Offices.
8. The Application is processed within seven working days after all document requirements are completed and the name is approved. The applicant will be contacted by the BLU office to advise them that they can collect their license.
9. The license fee is paid when the applicant collects the license.

• Letter of authorization for Third Parties/Appointed Representatives, where a Third Party is used, such as an accountant or lawyer authorising them to conduct business on their behalf
• Proof of lease/rental agreement for the new premises

There is no charge for using this service. A cost of $10 is levied if the applicant wants the change of address to be noted on the Business License.
