Apply In-Person

1. The Applicant will have to submit an Application Form to the Department of Agriculture.

3. The Applicant can download the Form through this Form Link.
4. After filling in all the details, the applicant should submit the Application Form along with the supporting documents as mentioned in the “Required documents” section to the Department of Agriculture along with the corresponding fee.
5. Applicant shall pay corresponding application Fee for the permit.
6. The applicant will be given a Veterinarian Form (AGR/VS/1A Form) which must be completed by a registered veterinarian 24 hours prior to travel.

8. After inspecting the document, the applicant is issued with permit.

There are no eligibility criteria for this service.

• The processing fee is US $10.00 plus 12% VAT bringing the total cost to $11.20.
• USD/BSD $5.00 fax fee, if required.
  

The Permit is valid for One Entry for One Year only from the date of issue.
