Apply In-Person

1. The applicant has to submit an application form to the Division of Youth.
2. Visit the following link for Contact Details: Link.
3. The applicant can collect the form from the Division of Youth.
4. The applicant can download the form from the following Form Link.
5. Complete the application form with all details.
6. After filling in all the details submit the Application Form along with the supporting documents as mentioned in the “Required Documents” section to the Division of Youth.
7. The applicant from Family Island Youth Bands must submit the Form to the Family Island administrator/Island coordinator.
8. After that, the Division of Youth will acknowledge receipt of the Youth Band Grant application in writing.
9. The division will examine the application to ensure that the applicant meets the requirements set forth in the Youth Grant Policy.
10. A meeting with a ministry representative to discuss the application and the organization's goals may be required for new youth bands.
11. Applicant will be notified in writing of their acceptance or denial.
12. When the grant is granted, the applicant must present picture identification to the Division of Youth to collect the cheque.

• For a term of not less than one year, the band must be registered with the Ministry of Youth, Sports, and Culture.
• All registration and reporting data must be accurate and current.
• Support and participation in national meetings, training, activities, and celebrations, including the Ministry's National Youth Month, demonstrated an active cooperation with the Ministry.
• For the current year, you must not have received a grant.
• The age category as established by the Ministry's mission must be met.
