1. To apply for “Student Athlete Track and Field Grant” the applicant has to register Online.
2. Click on the following link to register Online Link.
3. On the top right side of the page click on “Apply” tab.
4. The page will be redirected to a “Sign Up” Page and click on the tab “Sign Up”.
5. The applicant has to provide an email address and password to sign up for an account.
6. After signing up, the applicant will receive a confirmation email.
7. The Applicant must click on the confirmation link to confirmed their account
8. Now the applicant can begin accessing the system for online application.
9. The Applicant must compete the application form and submit with the required documents as mentioned in the “Required Documents” section, before the time line, 11:59 pm April 30th.
10. The applicant must not skip and details as Incomplete documents will not be considered by the Selection Committee.
11. The applicant will be notified about the decision of the Selection Committee by the first week in July.
    

• A copy of the acceptance letter from the overseas institution granting the partial athletic scholarship
• A copy of the I-20 Form
• Copies of relevant examination certificates and test scores (High School Transcript, BGCSE, SAT, ACT etc.)
• A letter of recommendation from the Bahamas Parents Association of Track & Field Athletes
• Certificate of Citizenship and/or copy of the first four pages of your passport
• A copy of a valid NIB card
• A copy of bill for the existing and/or upcoming semester

The Applicant must be:

• Be a Bahamian citizen
• Not be in possession of another Government issued award/scholarship at the time of application
• Pursue a minimum of 15 credits per semester

To remain eligible for the Track & Field Student Athletes Grant you must:

• Maintain the institution’s athletic and academic scholarship requirements
• Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.50 per semester
• Pursue a minimum of 15 credits per semester
• Submit transcript to the BPATFA each semester
• Inform the BPATFA of any change (s) while you are attending college/university
  

No Processing Fees.

Poor performance, the student's failure to enrol, failure to carry full course loads, bad behaviour, or any other cause deemed acceptable by the Selection Committee may result in the revocation of the Scholarship at any time.
