Apply In-Person

1. The applicant has to submit an application form to the Department of Social Services & Urban Development.
2. Visit the following Contact Details Link
3. The applicant can download the form from the following Form Link.
4. Complete the application form with all details.
5. After filling in all the details submit the application form along with the supporting documents as mentioned in the “Required Documents” section to the Department of Social Services & Urban Development.
6. There is no processing fees for this program.
7. On completion of the above process, the applicant will be enrolled in the social work cadet program.
