2. Visit the office and get an application form for scholarship from the relevant department.
3. Complete the application form with appropriate information under relevant sections.
4. Once completed filling the application form, make sure that you have attached all the required supporting documents.
5. Then, submit it in person to the relevant authority at the office.
6. After submission, your application along with the attached documents will be forwarded for further verifications.
7. Once all the internal processes are over, the applicants will be notified with the further instructions regarding the scholarship.
8. Successful candidates will follow a four-year degree programme at the world-renowned State University of New York Maritime College in the United States.
9. Upon completion of the degree, the qualified officers will be expected to serve on board a Bahamian flagged vessel for at least two years.
