Apply In-Person

1. The officer must write a letter to their supervisor expressing their desire to be re-engaged.
2. Visit the following link for Contact Details Link.
3. The officer's re-engagement request must then be reported to the Permanent Secretary (PS)/Head of Department by the supervisor/Human Resources.
4. The PS/Head of Department must next make a recommendation to the Department of Public Service's Permanent Secretary to begin the re-engagement process.
5. The recommendation will be processed by the Department of Public Service, which will then inform the Agency of the outcome.
6. If the officer is reemployed, the Department of Public Service will ensure that this is publicised.

Teaching and Health Care Professionals are the two types of officers who are considered for re-employment. Employees with Specialized Skills, on the other hand, may be rehired by the government for a limited time.

No processing fee for this service.
