Apply In-Person

1. The Applicant has to submit an application Form to the Department of Marine Resources.
2. Visit the following link for Contact Details: Link
3. The Applicant can download the Form from the following Form Link.
4. Complete the application form with all details.
5. After filling in all the details submit the Application Form along with the supporting documents as mentioned in the “Required Documents “section to the Department of Marine Resources along with the corresponding Fee.
6. On completion of the above process the applicant will get the permit.

The applicant must show that the marine animal was legally exported from its home country and that the import is permitted under the Animal Health Act. In addition, the mammal must be in good health.

The processing Fee for Marine Mammal Import License is BS$50.00.
