Apply In-Person

1. The person who want to use the service should make an appointment with the community Health Clinic.
2. Visit the following Details: Contact Link.
3. The person should visit the clinic on the date of appointment and fill the form, that can be obtained from the reception for the consultation session.
4. The form varies depending upon the facility.
5. The person shall get consultation and physically examined for various routine tests to identify problems or disorders of the reproductive system if any.
6. The person must follow the doctors' advice at the clinic.
7. Additionally, the woman is given information concerning numerous female health issues and problems such as:
   • Fibroids
   • Menopause
   • Uterine, breast, ovarian, and cervical cancer
   • Haemorrhoids
   • Yeast Infections
   • Ovarian cysts
   • Sexually Transmitted Infections
   • HIV and AIDS
