Apply In-Person

1. The Applicant has to submit an application form to the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Culture.

3. The Applicant can collect the Form from the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Culture. In some cases, forms are also accessible at participating schools/locations.
4. Complete the application form with all details.
5. After filling all the details submit the Application Form along with the supporting documents as mentioned in the “Required Documents” section to the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Culture.
6. In some cases, forms are also accessible at participating schools/locations.
7. The Applicant must be sure to select the appropriate summer programme of interest
8. If a cultural programme is chosen, the application will be received and processed by the Department of Culture.
9. The Department of Culture will contact the applicant to inform them about the summer camp program's location and the head instructor.

The Department of Culture requests a copy of any medical records that will guide their reaction in the event of an emergency if the applicant has a medical condition that may be impacted by the activities of the class.

Three weeks prior to the start of the programme, applications must be submitted.
