Apply In-Person

1. The Applicant has to submit an application form to the Import Domestic Animals.
2. Visit the following Details Contact Link.
3. The Applicant can download the following Form link1
   Form Link2.
4. Complete the application form with all details.
5. After filling in all the details submit the Application Form along with the supporting documents as mentioned in the “Required Documents” section to the Import Domestic Animals along with the corresponding Fee.
6. The permit is granted to the applicant after approval.
7. An Agricultural Officer and a Customs Officer at the port of entry or departure receive the Companion Bird Permit from the applicant.
