Apply In-person

1. To apply for Bunker Civil Liability certificate (CLC), the applicant has to visit the Bahamas Maritime Authority. The address and contact details can be found in the following link Address Details
2. Visit the office and get an application form for Bunker CLC or download the form by tapping on this link Application Form
3. Complete the application form with appropriate information under relevant sections.
4. Then, submit it in person to the relevant authority at the office.
5. Pay the fees as per the authority’s quote.
6. The application will be forwarded for verification.
7. Once all the internal processes are over, the applicants will be notified regarding the collection of the certificate.

The Bunker CLC defines the liability in case of oil pollution incident and also limits this liability to encourage the oil trade.
