Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for Airman License in person, the applicant has to visit office of the Civil Aviation Department.
2. The address and contact details can be found in the ‘‘Office Locations & Contacts’’ Section of this page.
3. Collect the form for Airman License from the concerned authority or you can download it from link download here.
4. Now complete the application form with appropriate information under relevant sections. Check ‘’Required Information’’ list below for more details.
5. Attest it with your signature once completed.
6. Once completed filling the application form, make sure that you have attached all the documents listed in the “Required documents” section of this page.
7. Then, submit it in person to the relevant authority at the office.
8. After submission, your application along with the attached documents will be forwarded for further verification.
9. Once the documentation is found satisfactory, you will be issued an “Airman License.”

• All applicants must provide a passport, a photo, the original airman license to be validated and a current medical certificate bearing the same name
