Australian Capital Territory - Apply for Incoming Passenger Card


Procedure

Apply In-Person:

  1. To Obtain an Incoming Passenger Card, the applicant has to approach the border. Contact details are mentioned in “Office Locations & Contacts” of this page. Or use the following given Contact Link
  2. The applicant has to get incoming passenger card application in the border.
  3. The applicant has to fill-in all the details in the form.
  4. Applicant should make sure to attach all the documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
  5. Submit the application with the required document to appropriate office.
  6. Submitting address is mentioned in “Office Locations & Contacts” of this page.
  7. Fee of this procedure has to be paid as per authority.
  8. Australian Border Force will issue the certificate and notice the applicant via mail.
  9. Please contact Australian Border Force for further details.

Eligibility

  • When entering or leaving Australian airports, applicants who possess a valid ePassport and are 16 years of age or older are permitted to use Smart Gate.




Fees
