Pay in person

2. Go to the respective division / Subdivision and pay your bill amount along with the bill to make payment.

Pay Online – through Assam Power Distribution Company Ltd portal

1. Go to online portal link
   
2. Please enter the consumer Account Number and hit “Arrow” icon to reach next screen.
   
3. User will get details of his account along with bill to pay. Here, user has to fill in e-mail at the prompted box and then click select the option box to select the bill payment and hit “Pay” to reach the payment gateway page
   
4. In the payment gateway page, please select the type of payment(Credit / Debit / Net Banking) and provide required details at prompted places and hit make payment to reach the successive page.
   
5. User should follow the screen prompt for the payment mode selected to complete online payment transaction.
   
6. Once the payment is accepted, user will get a transaction
   acknowledgement. Please keep it saved or printed for future reference.

2. Once the app is installed, the opening screen prompts user for consumer no.and password to login. Or create new one. Please do as per screen prompt as applicable.
3. Once login, user will get the screen with options to choose, please select Pay bill option to pay electricity bill.
   
4. Once the next screen reached, please provide the prompted details and proceed for making payment using appropriate option.
   
5. Once the payment gateway page is reached, user can select respective payment gateway option to make the payment.
   
6. Please fill in the applicable details and follow the screen prompts to progress for completing the online payment process.
   
7. Once the payment is made, an acknowledgement for the payment received will be prompted. User can save / print it for future reference
