Under this scheme, financial assistance is provided to severe and multi-disabled persons who are living below poverty line.
Apply In-Person:
central government scheme - Indira Gandhi National Disability Pension Scheme

1. To apply for this scheme, the eligible person has to submit two copies of duly filled application form along with required documents to the concerned Panchayat authority.
2. Link for contact details : District wise please select the respective district name and reach the portal. In the respective district page, user can navigate “Contact us” or “Know the department” or “Administration” menu options to get the contact details.
3. Obtain the application form from the respective counter OR write on a plain paper OR download using the following link. Application OR NSAP please select the hyperlink under disability pension session as per requirement for application form.
4. After scrutiny, the application is forwarded to the respective ULBs/Janpad panchayats with their recommendation.
5. Following the approval, the approval letter is dispatched to the respective Post Office of the applicant, where a savings account is opened in the name of the beneficiary for making the payments.
6. In case of rejection of application, the applicant is duly informed.
