To apply for the new water connection in Arunachal Pradesh through online follow the procedure given below

1. Applicant can create account on the municipal council website through the given link Create account
2. Enter the valid user name and password.
3. If you are a new user then click “Register” and create an account.
4. After the successful login, select “water supply” from the services section and select “New water connection”.
5. Application form for New water connection will open up.
6. Fill all the mandatory details. Click “Next”.
7. In the next page, upload documents. Maximum size is 4MB.
8. Upload the following documents

   • Notary/Affidavit/Medical certificate
   • Address proof
   • Land papers

9. Click “Submit” to submit the application form. You will receive an SMS as a confirmation.
10. Upon submission, you will be directed to a new page, where you can see “Click here” option. Click it to receive acknowledgement number to track the status of application.
11. You will be directed to a new page where you can see the filled application form.
12. Once the certificate is generated, visit homeselect “Download certificate” from the “citizen menu” section.
