Apply Online:

1. To apply for temporary electricity connection in Arunachal Pradesh, approach APSERC office personally and consult with the authority for your need. They will suggest you with the correct main/division office to contact and apply for Electricity (EB) connection.
2. Applicant shall obtain the form from the respective office (please pay for the form if required) Or can download the form from the following link: Link
3. Once the application is filled, then submit it along with required document to the concerned authorities (The Executive Engineer / Assistant Engineer / Junior Engineer) at the respective office. (must include licensed electrical contractor intended to do wiring)
4. Authorities will verify the submitted documents; if all the documents are in place then authorities will advise the customer to pay the fee for this procedure.
5. Applicant shall follow the authorities’ guidelines.
6. A receipt will be issued to the applicant once the payment is made. Keep it safe for future reference.
7. A technician will come for inspection of the premises on a scheduled date at the presence of applicant and this application will be subjected for internal processing.
8. Once the survey ends, the technician will mark the place for meter to be fixed and also entry of supply mains and other equipment to be fixed, also filling the survey report.
9. Applicant gets intimation about the sanction, If the report shows feasible condition to provide supply
10. In case applicant fails to comply within the time period of three months from the date of power sanction, the power sanction and registration will get cancelled. Besides, the registration fee paid will be forfeited.
11. If the report shows non feasibility, applicant will be asked to bear the extra cost for providing viable condition as advised by department.
12. Then approach the office to get the initial security deposit, charges for service line, cost of metre/metering equipment etc.,. Make the payment and get the receipt with application number.
13. The electricity department/company will issue the work order, once all the above said procedures are over and complete.
14. The concerned Junior Engineer/Assistant Engineer will consult and arrange to provide the power supply and temporary electricity supply will be provided.
