You may obtain a marriage certificate with same day service by visiting the Prescott or Camp Verde offices.
To request a copy through the mail, send a money order or cashiers check for $27.00 and include a self-addressed, stamped envelope. (Add $7.00 for postage and handling if you do not include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your request.)
Send your request to the Clerk of Superior Courts Prescott Office, Attn: Records.
In your request, include the name of the parties. If you need the Clerks Office to perform the search to find the marriage license, there will be an additional fee of $27.00

You may obtain a certified copy of a marriage license at the following offices:
Office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Payments made in-person include money order, debit card, credit card or cash.

Your request must include the following information:
For requests submitted by post, do not forget to include the following: a money order payable to the Clerk of the Court for $27.50, and a business-size, self-addressed stamped envelope (or a money order for $34.50 for postage and handling instead of a business-size, self-addressed stamped envelope). The money order must include the customer name, address, and phone # of the customer on the front.
It may take about 14 business days for your request to be processed.
A valid government-issued photo identification (Examples: driver's license, passport, etc.)
