Duplicate Driver License - $12.00
Arizona issues an "extended" driver license that does not expire until age 65. However, your photo and vision screening will need to be updated every 12 years. Drivers age 60 and over will receive a 5-year license.

You may obtain a replacement (duplicate) license online, by sending a request through the mail or by calling.
For those whose license was issued prior to July 1995, you must visit an MVD office to obtain the duplicate so that your photo may be updated. You will need to present two acceptable identification documents.
