1. Complete an application for a Conductor's Licence to the Office of the Commissioner of Inland Revenue.
2. Submit the completed form along with the application fee.
3. Once the Commisssioner is satisfied that the regulations that refers to securing a conductors license under the Vehicles and Road Traffic Act have been complied with, he will issue the Conductor's Licence.

Applications to obtain a Conductor's Licence are submittted to the Commissioner of Inland Revenue.

A person must not act as a conductor of a motor omnibus unless he is licensed for the purpose, and no person shall employ as a conductor any person who is not so licensed.
