1. Fill up application form.
2. Submit the form and present authorization letter.
3. Pay the necessary fees.
4. Once your application is approved they will issue you an admissibility provisional Certificate of Designation.

The person who will be applying for the reservation of a company name must be the one responsible for or authorized by the firm or company.

Reservation for 5 days: you will only be charged for the form.

Reservation for 180 days: you will be charged, in addition to print, 50% of the fee rate. The remaining 50% will be paid upon entry of the final Certificate of Admissibility.

You may file for reservation of company name for a period of 5 or 180 days.
