1. You may apply for the procedure at a SIAC service unit.
2. Complete an application form.
3. Submit the completed form along with the photocopy of your driver's license or identification.
4. Pay the application fee.

Driving school licensed by the DNVT

1. Go to a driving school licensed by DNVT to apply for the procedure - list.
2. Provide your driver's license number or ID.
3. Once your request is validated by DNVT, you will receive payment instruction via email.
4. Pay the application fee and submit proof of payment at a service desk.
5. After final review to detect any irregularities, a new card will be issued and delivered to the driving school.

A driving license is an official document which states that a person may operate a motorized vehicle, such as a motorcycle, car, truck or a bus, on a public roadway.

Lost or stolen driver's licenses must be replaced as soon as possible. Getting a replacement license will reduce the opportunity for others to use it fraudulently. It is also possible to replace your license if it's damaged or you've changed your name.
