Apply In-Person:

1. Write a request letter appealing for registration of the car ownership title as your property and attach the required documents to it.
2. Visit the SIAC - Integrated Citizen Service unit in your region to submit your application.
3. Pick a control number password and wait for your turn. Once your password is called, approach the customer service desk and present your application to the customer service officer.
4. The official will verify your document if they are correct and proceed to processing your application
5. He will enter the date and register the car as your property

• Vehicle Ownership Guide issued by DNVT
• Application passed by the car owner
• Photocopy of booklet

If company:

• Photocopy of the Identity Card of the Company's Legal Representative;
• Photocopy of the company's tax identification
• proof of tax registration
