Apply In-Person:

1. Obtain the application form from the Provincial Directorates for Trade and Provincial Governments or download it via this link: MINCO
2. Fill in the form and attach the required documents to it.
3. Submit the application for verification and pay the necessary fee as directed by the attending official
4. Once confirmation of the documents and application fee is completed, your application will be processed and you will be issued with a merchant card (Market card)
