1. Fill up application form.
2. Applicants must present all necessary documents. For those authorized by their firm or company to obtain the certificate, you must also be able to present a statement of authorization.
3. Once the application is approved a Certificate of Admissibility will be issued.
4. For the certificate to take effect the firm or company must be formed within 180 days.

• Form: AOA 500
• Certificate: AOA 24,090

Applications are filed at the IACS - Integrated Citizen Service Unit Public Talatona - Luanda Sul, A-2, Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 3:30pm and on Saturdays from 8:00am to 1:00pm.

In the application, state the company's proposed name and request for the issuance of a certificate, confirming that such name is acceptable and is not similar to any existing company name.

A list which displays the kind of information which is required to complete the procedure.
e.g.
1. Date of Birth.
2. City or County of Birth.

To make sure that the name you want to call your new Company or Firm is not similar to any existing company you can go to the commercial registry (Ficheiro Central de Denominaes Sociais), affiliated with the Ministry of Justice, to have the name verified.
