Apply In-Person:

1. Write a request letter addressed to the civil registry seeking to be registered, sign it and have it naturized.
2. Gather two suitable witness and visit the SIAC - Integrated Citizen Service unit in your region to present your request
3. Collect your control number at the front office and wait for your password to be called.
4. When you are called approach the customer service window and present your request for registration
5. The assisting officer will go through your request and provide you with a declaration for the two witness to sign
6. Then the officer will notify you on the date your registration will be completed. test

• Request with signature recognized by the Notary
• Present 2 suitable witnesses, with an identity card, to be heard in declaration.
