Application for signature recognition in documents:
Apply In-Person

1. Gather and prepare all the required documents and visit the SIAC - Integrated Citizen Service unit in your region to make your application.
2. Go to the notary section and obtain a control number password for Signature recognition and wait for your turn.
3. The customer service officer calls your password; approach the service desk and present you documents for verification.
4. The official will verify your documents and generate a service guide detailing the total application fees and bank details.
5. Go to the bank and pay the mentioned application fees, and obtain two copies of the bank statement
6. Return to the customer service desk and submit one copy of the bank statement to the assisting official
7. The official will confirm the payments and if they are not correct will send you back to the bank to make the correct payment.
8. If the documentation and payments are correct, the official will put the signature recognition stump on the document and forward it to the Notary for finalization.
9. The Notary will do the necessary processing and return the documents to the customer service for filling and issuing the results to you

• Original Identity Card, in the case of an Angolan Citizen
• Original passport, in the case of a foreign citizen
• Signal Opening Card issued by the Registry

• Have a Signal Opening Card from this Registry Office or have an Identity Card if Angolan Citizen or Passport if Foreign Citizen.
