Apply In-Person:

1. Prepare your required documents and go to the SIAC - Integrated Citizen Service facility in your region.
2. Once in the building obtain a control number password for profiling registration and wait for your turn.
3. After a while your password will be called by an official at the customer service window for service delivery.
4. Approach the window and submit your document for verification by customer service officer
5. If they are correct you will be issued with a service guide with the details of the payment for application.
6. Go to the bank and make the payments and obtain two copies of the payment receipt
7. Head back to the commercial registry sector where you were to present the bank statement.
8. The official at the customer service will confirm again your application and if the payment has been paid as subscribed for the service. If they don’t match you will be sent back to the bank to make the correct payment
9. One the payment has been confirmed, the official will inform you of the withdrawal period of the Certificate and keep the documentation for later issuance of the Certificate.
10. Go back on the specified date to collect the certificate

• As an adult, there must be consent.
