Apply In-Person:

1. Visit the National Directorate of Assistance and Social Reintegration and in the local province where you were registered with the necessary documents.
2. Present your application for data search and once it is established that you are a registered member, your application will be processed and you will be enrolled for physical rehabilitation.

• For you to apply for this service, you have to be registered with the ministry of former combatants and veterans of the fatherland, apply by going to the representative of the ministry in the local province where you were registered. No fees are charged for this service
• To apply for this service, it is necessary to register and show your identification document issued by the Ministry
