Issuance of the first Citizen Computerized Identity Card.
Apply In-Person :

1. Gather the required documents and pay for the application fee and obtain the bank slip then go to the SIAC - Integrated Citizen Service unit in your region.
2. Once in the building obtain a control number password for the request of computerised identity card at the National Directorate of Civil and Criminal Identification Archives section and wait for your turn.
3. After a while your password will be called by an official at the customer service window for service delivery.
4. Approach the service desk and issue your documents to the assisting officer for verification
5. The officer will check your documents including the proof of payment for the application
6. If they are correct, he will issue the ticket application form for you to fill, fill in the form and sign it. (NOTE: if you are unable to sign, seek assistance form the officer.)
7. Then the official will record your biometric data including your high and other details and will print a receipt guiding you on the date you will return to collect your ID card.

• Birth Certificate or Full Copy Certificate for Citizens who don’t have a birth certificate or personal card
• Photocopy and original Personal ID
• A current color Passport photograph, on a white background
• Proof of payment of the emolument fee issued by BPC - SIAC

• Citizens from 10 and over. Citizens from 8 years old should have to present declaration that they are studying the 4th class.

• Have 15 Kwanza stamps to request the service

• Id card are valid forever unless you change your nationality

• Request for Identity card form

• Applications for the Identity Card are submitted to the National Directorate of Archives of Civil and Criminal Identification - DNAICC.
