Apply In-Person :

1. Write an application letter with a signature recognized by the Notary addressed to the civil registry requesting Angola nationality and attach all the required documents to it.
2. Visit the SIAC - Integrated Citizen Service unit in your region to make your application.
3. Go to the civil registry section/office and obtain a control number password for processed services and wait for your turn.
4. The customer service will call out your password for service delivery; approach the customer service window and present your application.
5. The assisting officer will then confirm the documentation you have present, if the information are not correct, he will return the documents and request you to provide the correct information.
6. Once the official has verified your documents, you will be provided with a service guide detailing the application fees and bank details.
7. Go to the bank and pay the application fees and obtain two bank statements
8. Go back to the civil registry office and present the bank statements to the customer service officer.
9. The official will confirm if the payments are correct and continue to process your application and register you as an Angolan National
