1. Gather all documents you will need to submit or present to apply for the procedure.
2. Pay all applicable fees.

• Insurance certificate under the name of the buyer/owner. The certificate must be issued by an Andorran company and it must be valid for a period of 1 year. The document must be submitted within 8 working days from the date it was issued.
• If the vehicle is to be registered under the name of a company: Power of Attorney issued to the company's legal representative.
• For non-Andorrans: Photocopy of passport
• For vehicles purchased on installment basis: Contract
• For modified vehicles: Certificate of Modification issued by the workshop
• If the vehicle was part of a purchase / transfer:
  • Carta card signed by the seller
  • Testament or court order (in the case of death of the owner)
