Apply In-Person:

1. The application form for renewal of registering as a veterinary practitioner in Andhra Pradesh is available in the Andhra Pradesh State Veterinary Council.

3. After getting the application form, the applicant has to fill in all the necessary details.
4. Applicant should make sure to carry the originals and photocopies of the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant has to attach the photocopies of the documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form while submitting it at the office.
6. Fee must be paid as per the authority’s request.
7. If all the above-mentioned procedures were followed by the applicant, the renewal will be done within 15 days.
8. If the applicant doesn’t get renewal within a month, then, they have to visit the office to know status of their application.

2. Applicant must enter their previously registered number on the space that is available to the right of “Registration No” tab.
3. Then, the applicant must click on the rectangular box near “I’m not a robot” tab.
4. After clicking on the “I’m not a robot” tab, the form for renewal of application is opened.
5. Applicant should fill in all the necessary details in the registration form.
6. If necessary, the applicant should attach the digital copies of the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
7. After completing all the above, the applicant can click on the “Submit” button.
8. If all the above-mentioned procedures were followed by the applicant, the renewal will be done within 15 days.
