Apply In-Person:
- The application form for renewal of registering as a veterinary practitioner in Andhra Pradesh is available in the Andhra Pradesh State Veterinary Council.

- After getting the application form, the applicant has to fill in all the necessary details.
- Applicant should make sure to carry the originals and photocopies of the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- Applicant has to attach the photocopies of the documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form while submitting it at the office.
- Fee must be paid as per the authority’s request.
- If all the above-mentioned procedures were followed by the applicant, the renewal will be done within 15 days.
- If the applicant doesn’t get renewal within a month, then, they have to visit the office to know status of their application.

- Applicant must enter their previously registered number on the space that is available to the right of “Registration No” tab.
- Then, the applicant must click on the rectangular box near “I’m not a robot” tab.
- After clicking on the “I’m not a robot” tab, the form for renewal of application is opened.
- Applicant should fill in all the necessary details in the registration form.
- If necessary, the applicant should attach the digital copies of the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- After completing all the above, the applicant can click on the “Submit” button.
- If all the above-mentioned procedures were followed by the applicant, the renewal will be done within 15 days.
- If the applicant didn’t get renewal within a month, then, they can check the status of their application on the following link – Link

- Self-Attested Copy of Degree Certificates (B.V.Sc. and A.H.)
- Lid Registration ID Card (Original)
- Two passport size photographs
