1. To Obtain Land Holding Certificate online, the applicant has to use the following link
2. The applicant has click the “New User Registration” to start the process.
3. After the selection of new user registration, the new user registration window will appear.
4. The applicant has to enter the details to create an account.
5. Click the “Submit” button for registration, after submission one-time password will be sent to the registered mobile number.
6. Provide the OTP in the panel given and click “Confirm” button.
7. The applicant will receive a confirmation mail to the registered mail ID.
8. Click on the Activation Link to activate the account.
9. After activation, the applicant can log in to the portal using the user name and password.
10. From the service option, select Land Holding certificate and enter all mandatory details for the certificate.
11. Upload all supporting documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
12. Once completed, the applicant has to click the “Submit” button.
13. After the processes gets done, the authority will contact the applicant for the certificate.
14. The fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
15. The processing time for this procedure is 2 weeks.
