Apply In-Person:

1. The person requesting for no property certificate can approach the nearby tahsildar office.
2. Tahsildar details can be found at the location and contacts section below.
3. No Property application form is available at the below link Link
4. The requestor has to fill up the necessary details as requested in the application form and has to attach the supporting documents.
5. Make sure you have all the documents mentioned in our “Required documents” section below.
6. Now the application form and the documents must be submitted to the Tahsildar office for further processing.
7. Once the processing has been completed at the Tahsildar end no property certificate will be generated.
8. In case of any further details required the tahsildar informs the requestor and the documents need to be submitted.
9. After verification the tahsildar issues the No property certificate.
10. The person can collect the certificate manually from franchisee where he/she applied for the Certificate.
    

Apply through Meeseva franchise

1. The person can approach the nearest meeseva centres located in their district and request the application form.
2. Provide the necessary details as requested in the application form as mentioned in the required information section below.
3. Give the mode of delivery of the certificate either through speed local /non local or manually.
4. Submit all the required documents along with the form. Now the centre will proceed the user request to the corresponding tahsildar office through online.
5. The user receives an application number to keep track of the request.
6. User can also check the status of application processing in the meeseva portal with the application number.
7. Once the tahsildar receives the request he carries out the background verification and any additional information required is requested through sms.
8. Once all the processing is done from the tahsildar end the certificate is generated and delivered to the requestor based on the mode of delivery given.
   

Apply Online - No Property Certificate Online with Images

1. Online application of no property certificate can be done through the Meeseva Online Portal which is launched by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

3. For first time user select the New Registration and fill in the requested details such as
   • Login details
   • Contact information details
   • Personal information details and click submit.
4. Now an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number enter the otp and the captcha code in the boxes at the bottom right of the page and click confirm.
5. Now the message “Thank you for registering! A confirmation email has been sent to registered mail ID. Please click on the Activation Link to activate your account. If you’re not getting mail please check it into spam “will be displayed at the bottom of the page.
6. You will receive a confirmation mail to the registered mail ID. Click on the Activation Link to activate the account
7. After activation now go to the user login and login with the credentials and sign in to the Meeseva Portal.
8. From List of Services listed select REVENUE DEPARTMENT SERVICES>>NO PROPERTY APPLICATION SERVICE and fill-up all the necessary details and upload all the required documents in pdf format and click on submit and submit the form for Tahsildar processing.
9. Make the payment online.
10. At the tahsildar end Select “No Property Certificate” from Application Processing.
11. After selection of “No Property Certificate” link, Tahsildar Processing window will be displayed. Select from date & to date by using calendar controls
12. Select “Request Status (either All/Not Viewed/Open etc...)” from request status drop down list.Click “Get Details” button to display requests to see all open request, now select the request to be processed.
13. After selection of the request, request details page will be displayed, download all the attached documents from “Documents Attached” panel by clicking on links.
14. After downloading all Verification/Proceeding documents, MRI & VRO collect documents from the Tahsildar for field level enquiry. After enquiry, the MRI & VRO submitted their report to the Tahsildar
15. If Request not related to his/her Mandal then, Tahsildar Transfers the Application to Other Mandal by Using Application Transfers to other Mandal Option .
16. If Tahsildar wants any additional details then, Tahsildar sends SMS to Citizen by using Send SMS to Applicant.
17. Tahsildar enters further enquiry reveals details such as Pension received, Movable Property, Immovable Property, Any other source of income and overall financial position.
18. Based on Tahsildar action (either Accept/Reject), status (either Approved/Rejected) is generated and Tahsildar enters the remarks and then clicks the sign button.
19. Now the No Property certificate is generated and is in approved status.
20. No Property Certificate will be dispatched through courier from franchisee to the citizen’s address if delivery type is speed post Local/Non Local.

The eligibility criteria for getting a no property certificate is the person must not own or have any registered property in his/her name. All the information in the supporting documents must be clear.

The fees is Rs.35 plus the postal charges

This certificate issued by the government is permanent and is valid until the person owns a property in his/her name.

• If the application is rejected by the tahsildar, the reasons for rejection will be specified to the applicant.
• The tahsildar while issuing the no property certificate should carefully verify all relevant documents submitted and check the source of income of the applicant.
• Besides verification tahsildar can also conduct a local enquiry before giving the certificate.
