Andhra Pradesh - Find Holding Number of your Property


Procedure

Apply In-Person:

  1. To Find Holding Number of your Property, the applicant has to approach the nearest Village Administration Office (VAO) or nearest Taluk link
  2. Please visit the office and consult with the officer about your requirement.
  3. Then the applicant must provide land details to the concerned officer.
  4. The details that are to be provided are mentioned in the “Required Information” Section of this page.
  5. If needed, the applicant has to submit the required documents which are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  6. Then the officer will provide the Holding Number of the Property to the applicant.
  7. The applicant must pay the prescribed fee as requested.
  8. The entire process will complete within a day.


Apply Through CSC:

  1. To Find the Holding Number of your Property, the applicant has to approach the respective “CSC” center link
    Note:The applicant has to select state, district, and block name from the drop-down menu, or the applicant has to click on their respective district to find nearby centers.
  2. Please visit the center and consult with the center operator for your requirement.
  3. Then the applicant must provide land details to the concerned officer.
  4. The details that are to be provided are mentioned in the “Required Information” Section of this page.
  5. If needed, the applicant has to submit the required documents which are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  6. Then the officer will provide the Holding Number of the Property to the applicant.
  7. The applicant must pay the prescribed fee as requested.
  8. The entire process will complete within a day.
