Apply In-Person

  1. To obtain Matriz Certificate please approach local tehsil office which is located in your area.
  2. Application should be obtained from concerned office and addressed to Tehsildar
  3. Make sure you have all required document and eligible to get this certificate
  4. Complete the application along with required document and appropriate fees
  5. Submit the application to the concerned authority where they start the processing
  6. After successful verification authority will issue the certificate
