Apply In-Person

1. To report about the bonded Labour system, please visit the District Vigilance office in Labour Department of the applicant’s respective area. The address and contact details of the head office can be found in the following Link
2. Visit the Office and get the grievances form to report about the bonded labour system from the relevant department or write the complaint on the Plain A4 sheet.
3. Please fill the grievances form with essential information and details, and the application form should be attested with the applicant’s signature.
4. Please attach all the documents that are mention in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Then, it should be submitted to the relevant authority. Also pay the required fees (if any) for the application process at the office as directed by the officials. Please collect the acknowledgement slip for the paid fee. Keep it safe for the future reference.
6. The application and attached documents will be sent for verification to check, if there is any discrepancy.
7. After all the processes are completed, the concerned officials will look into the problem and forward it to the District Magistrate.
8. Usually, it may take 15 days to process the complaint.
9. The District magistrate will analyse the bonded labour system and proceed with solving the grievance by taking necessary measures.

• The Fee for this procedure can be paid as per the authority’s request.
