Apply In-Person

1. To apply for a Phytosanitary certificate, Applicant shall approach the Department of Agriculture. Contact details are listed below under the “office locations and contacts” section.
2. You have to submit an application request to the Department of Agriculture. Please mention the information listed below under the “required information” section in the application.
3. Please make sure you have all the required documents that are listed under the “Required documents” section of this page.
4. The applicant shall send the application request and Documents to the Department of Agriculture.
5. After the application request is processed and accepted, the concerned department will schedule an inspection.
6. Once the inspection yields satisfactory results, the inspector issues a Phytosanitary Certificate.

The Certificate is valid per shipment or consignment. A new shipment requires a new Phytosanitary Certificate
