How to apply:
One has to enrol in a recognized driving training school in Algeria for training, upon successful completion of the training, qualified candidate are required to apply for a temporary drivers licences

1. Gather all the required document and visit the daïra, or the administrative district, in your place of residence
2. Accurately fill out the application form obtain from the above offices or download it from the ministry of interior website through this link Permits
3. Attach all the requirement to the form and submit it to the attending official for verification
4. The assisting official will validate the documents
5. If all the information are in order, you will be issued with the temporary licences valid for one year

• Accurately filled and signed application form by the applicant
• Residences card
• Medical certificate
• Two copies of identity photos in colour, recent and identical
• Copy of blood group
• A tax stamp (500 DA)

• The driving license delivery dossier is filed at the daïra, or at the administrative district, place of residence of the person concerned.

• Medical certificate
• Blood group

• This document proves that you are eligible to drive while waiting your original DL, Driving without a DL or a temporary DL, in public roads is an offence punishable by law
