Procedure
Apply via Agent
Apply In-Person:
- To apply for a Tobacco Wholesaler License, the applicant has to submit an application form at the Tax Revenue Administration (TRA).
- The applicant will need to submit a tobacco license application along with a tobacco license application (Schedule A). Click on the following links to the application form Link and Schedule A.
- Fill out the application forms with all the relevant details.
- The details will be informed by the respective authority. For more details about fees is mentioned in the “Fees” section of this page.
- Submit the application form in-person to the address mentioned under the “Office Locations and Contacts” section of this page.
- Once the applicant submits the application TRA will send a copy of the Tobacco Collector agreement, this must be signed by an authorized representative in the presence of a witness, submit this document to the TRA.
- The applicant can find information on how to authorize a representative under the “Information that might help” section of this page.
- Once the Tobacco collector agreement has been signed and approved by the TRA, the applicant shall receive their license by mail.
Apply by Mail

Need for the Document
