Any person living in Albania, that has reached the working age, who is personally presented to the relevant employment office to seek for a job and is able and ready to work, shall be registered as a job-seeker in order to benefit from the employment services, active employment programmers and other state services of income support.

Free of Charge.

During all the period that there are customers in the employment office (the job-seekers and employers).
