1. To register for the unemployment payment service, the applicant has to approach the National Employment Office. National Employment Office locations are listed below in the links.
2. The submitted applications will be evaluated by appropriate authorities.
3. If the evaluation is successful all the information will be provided to the payment calculation section where the monthly payment that has to be made will be calculated.
4. After which the applicant will be called in for further processing.

• Personal birth certificate with picture (photocopy of the identity card)
• Certificate of family status
• Certificate from the tax office branch, stating that the person is not a registered subject with such authority.
• Certificate concerning the school attendance by children under 18 years old.
• Certificate concerning the attendance of university education, for children up to 25 years old.
• Certificate from the Medical Committee for Assessing the Inability to Work -KMCAP- for declaring the inability to work, for the persons under dependence.
• Certificate from the social security organs, that one of the spouses is not beneficiary of a full pension.
• Certificate from the cadastre whether the person owns any land.
