1. To obtain a Certificate of Performing Compulsory Military Service, applicants may request one from the PRC. For the city of Tirana, can be made at PRC�s Information Office, while other for districts, it is can be made at the Recruiting Offices, at district level.
2. Applicants will need to complete and submit an application form.
3. The PRC will also need the applicant to submit a photocopy of his/her identity card. For those who have changed their name, surname etc. they will also need to present their Family Certificate.
4. For the applicants residing in the city of Tirana, the certificate is filled up and delivered a day after application. For citizens residing in other cities, the certificate is filled up and delivered three times a month at the Recruitment Office where he/she has applied. For special occasions, the citizen who applies to PRC, the certificate is delivered as for the residents of the city of Tirana.

Personnel Recruitment Centre (PRC)

• PRC is another support unit of the General Staff of the Armed Forces.
• It is in charge of recruiting candidates for officers and professional soldiers.
• It develops and manages documents and records of active, in reserve/release military personnel and of the civil personnel, provides support with psychosocial services to the Armed Forces personnel, promotes the rights in relation to gender equality and equal opportunities, and carries out the financial treatment of the military personnel in reserve or release.
