1. To Apply for a Voter Identity Card, the applicant has to approach the U.S. Election Assistance Commission link
2. Applicant has to download the application form to get the card from the following link
3. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the authorized officer.
4. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form (Incomplete application forms are not accepted)
5. Make sure the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
6. The applicant should attach the photocopies of the required documents while submitting.
7. There is no fee for this procedure.
8. Applicant can submit the application form and the documents to the respective office.
9. The authority will review the application form, upon successful completion the authority will issue the voter card.
10. The applicant can get the voter card in mail ID.
11. The processing time of this procedure takes 30 days before election day.
12. Applicant can check the application status through this following link

1. The applicant has to download and complete the application form by using the following link or link
2. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form (Incomplete application forms are not accepted)

4. After completing the application form the applicant has to send the application form to the mailing address, the address is given in the “Office Locations & Contacts” section of this page.
5. The processing time for this procedure takes 30 days before Election Day.

1. To register in online, the applicant has to use the following link
2. The applicant may use to select “Register Using Paper Form” or “Register Online with DMV Validation”.
3. Applicant has to follow the five steps to register.
4. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form (Incomplete application forms are not accepted)
5. Make sure the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. After finishing all the procedure, click “Submit”.
7. The processing time for this procedure is takes up to 30days before election day.
8. Once the payment is successful the application will receive the voter register by mail.
