Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for Pet Passport or Travelling with Pet, the applicant has to approach Pet Travel link
2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the authorized officer.
3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form (Incomplete application forms are not accepted)
4. Make sure the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
5. The applicant should attach the photocopies of the required documents while submitting.
6. Fee for this procedure has been mentioned in the “Fees” section of this page.
7. Applicant can submit the application form and the documents to the respective office.
8. The authority will review the application form and the submitted certificates; upon successful completion the authority will issue the pet passport by visiting the office.
9. The processing time for this procedure takes up to 2 months.

Any person who are having pets or intends to get a Pet Passport or Travelling with a Pet in Singapore are eligible to make this application.

• Cost of passport between $38 and $1,110.
• Rabies vaccination - the average cost of the one-year rabies vaccination is around $15 to $20. A three-year shot will usually cost around $35 to $50.
• Health certificate – the average cost of a veterinary consultation can be between $25 and $150.
• Pet microchipping – the cost to have a pet microchipped ranges from $25 to $60.
• Rabies titter test – the cost ranges between $80 to $150, depending on the clinic.
• Tapeworm treatment (dogs only) – the price ranges between $3 to $18.

• Validity is of pet passport one year.

• A USA Pet Passport will allow the pet owner to take the beloved pet travelling with the applicant. So, if they are relocating to another country, or are just going on holiday, they don’t have to leave the pet behind!
• With a pet passport, the dog, cat, rabbit, or other animal may be able to visit another country without enduring a lonely, lengthy quarantine period.
