A High School Yearbook can be acquired at the institution where the applicant completed their schooling

Apply In Person:

1. To Obtain a High School Yearbook, the applicant must approach their respective high school where they completed their schooling.
2. A request letter must be written to the school regarding the yearbook as advised.
3. Make sure that the applicant must attach all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. The applicant must attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
5. Submit all the necessary documents along with the completed form to the concerned officer.
6. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as per the authority’s request.
7. The concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set after receiving the application. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
8. An acknowledgement receipt will be provided to the applicant. Please save it for future reference.
9. Once the process gets completed successfully, the applicant gets the Copy of a High School yearbook via mail or they can collect it directly.
10. The processing time for this procedure completes within 7 – 14 days.
