2. The applicant has to download the application form from the given following link
3. The applicant has to enter all the necessary details in the application form.
4. Make sure that the applicant has to attach all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
6. Submit the completed form and the necessary documents to the authority officer.
7. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
8. Once all the verification is done by the authority, the applicant receives a notification through a mail.
9. The applicant has to visit the field office to get the driving record.
10. The processing time for this procedure is up to 15 – 30 days.

• Type A - Passenger cars, station wagons, carryalls, and two-wheeled drive trucks, one ton and under.
• Type B - All trucks over one ton and vehicles with more than two-wheeled drive -except those listed under types c. D. And e.
• Type C - Tractor-trailer vehicles, and other trailer pulling vehicles - including sedans etc. When such vehicles are used to pull trailers.
• Type D - Passenger carrying buses.
• Type E - Special purpose vehicles such as ambulances, fire apparatus, wreckers, cranes, graders, earth moving equipment, and oversized vehicles. (Specify particular type)

• The Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
