Step 1: To Apply Passport for Minor in Alabama (United States), the applicant has to make the application to the Department of State — Bureau of Consular Affairs link
Step 2: The application can either download and complete the application form or the applicant can fill the application form online and print it.

Step 2.1: Fill out online and Print

2. Read the Privacy and Computer Fraud and Abuse Acts Notices and Disclaimers and click the checklist and click on the button.
3. The applicant has to click the Submit button in the Fill out online and Print section
4. The next page will redirect to the application form. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete application forms is not accepted).
5. Once the information is completed the applicant can print the application form.

Step 2.2: Fill application for manually

1. To fill application form manually the applicant has to download and complete the application form by using the following link

Step 3: After filling the application form, the applicant has to attach the necessary documents, that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
STEP 4: The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee that is mentioned in the Fees section of this page. The applicant has to check the fee details in the following link
Step 5: Once the above process is completed the applicant has to submit the completed application, including citizenship evidence, photocopy of ID, photo, and fees, in person at a nearby passport acceptance facility. The applicant can find their nearby passport acceptance facility in the following link either by entering zip code or state and city link
Step 6: After submitting the application form and supporting documents the applicant tracks the application status online via the following link after 2 weeks link

• Duly signed and filled application form link
• Birth Certificate
• Certificate of Citizenship
• Parent or guardian identity (certificate of citizenship, passport etc)
• Photocopy of the applicant (both front and back)
